Join the user acquisition team at Ruby Labs to produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will combine classic motion design and video editing with AI-generated assets to scale campaigns efficiently.
Working closely with creative producers, you will transform performance data and concepts into final visual assets. The role requires staying current with social media trends and integrating them into advertising materials.
What you'll do
- Produce static and video advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
- Manage the full creative lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the generation of images and video footage
- Monitor Instagram and TikTok trends to adapt creatives for better performance
- Develop and optimize AI workflows to streamline production processes
- Contribute original ideas during creative team brainstorming sessions
What you'll need
- Minimum three years of experience in 2D graphic and motion design
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
- Strong foundation in color theory, composition, and typography principles
- Hands-on experience with AI generators like Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, or Kling
- B2 level proficiency in English for effective team communication
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic and motion work including AI-generated content
Nice to have
- Background in performance marketing within product companies or agencies
- Skill in creating complex animations involving transitions and compositing
- Experience building AI workflows using node-based tools
