As an Activation Engineer at the company, you serve as the technical partner for sales and account teams, helping customers map their use cases to the company's APIs. You manage the journey from initial integration calls to full production volume, ensuring clients realize the value of the platform.

You will also create internal documentation, demos, and guides to empower customer-facing teams. Additionally, you act as a conduit to the Product team, translating customer needs into feature requirements and identifying gaps in the current offering.
