Join Plexus Tech as a Multi-Tenant Platform Administrator, where you will handle the administration, operation, and technical support of data platform environments. You will work across development, pre-production, and production stages, managing components for data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
Your focus will be on maintaining infrastructure stability through continuous monitoring, incident management, and automated operational tasks. You will ensure high availability, manage backups, and support compliance with security and privacy standards while optimizing resource usage across Kubernetes clusters and Big Data tools.
What you'll do
- Administer and support data platform environments including dev, pre-prod, and prod
- Manage technical components for data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization
- Monitor infrastructure, services, and data pipelines to identify alerts and risks
- Handle second-level incident resolution, escalation, and coordination with third parties
- Execute deployment procedures, updates, patches, and rollback plans
- Optimize infrastructure resources such as CPU, GPU, memory, and Kubernetes nodes
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high availability mechanisms
- Maintain technical inventory and configuration baselines aligned with CMDB
- Support regulatory compliance regarding privacy, security logs, and audits
- Create and update technical documentation, guides, and operational procedures
What you'll need
- At least 5 years administering multi-tenant platforms with Kubernetes architectures
- At least 3 years operating Big Data environments based on Hadoop ecosystem
- Experience with Apache Hadoop, HDFS, YARN, Hive, and Spark
- At least 3 years operating ICT platforms with monitoring and backup tools
- Proficiency with CheckMK, Commvault, and Sophos for security and monitoring
- At least 3 years automating operational tasks using Python or Bash
- At least 3 years operating and monitoring Cloudera platforms in production
Nice to have
- At least 1 year in controlled deployments, version updates, and rollbacks
- Experience with Stratio data platforms in containerized and orchestrated environments
