Join Plexus Tech as a Multi-Tenant Platform Administrator, where you will oversee the operation and support of data platform environments across development, pre-production, and production stages. You will manage technical components for data ingestion, processing, and visualization, ensuring high availability and performance.
The team relies on your expertise to monitor infrastructure, handle incidents, and implement automations using Python or Bash. You will play a key role in maintaining security standards, managing backups, and supporting the evolution of platforms used by public administration bodies.
What you'll do
- Administer and support data platform environments including dev and production
- Manage technical components for data ingestion, storage, and visualization
- Monitor infrastructure and data pipelines to identify alerts and performance issues
- Handle second-level incident resolution and coordinate with third parties
- Execute deployment procedures, updates, patches, and rollback plans
- Optimize infrastructure resources such as CPU, GPU, memory, and Kubernetes clusters
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high availability mechanisms
- Maintain technical inventory and configuration baselines in the CMDB
- Support compliance with privacy, security, and audit requirements
- Create and update technical documentation and operational guides
What you'll need
- At least 5 years administering multi-tenant platforms with Kubernetes
- Minimum 3 years operating Big Data environments based on Hadoop
- Experience with Apache Hadoop, HDFS, YARN, Hive, and Spark
- 3 years managing ICT platforms including monitoring and backup tools
- Proficiency with CheckMK, Commvault, and Sophos security tools
- 3 years implementing task automations using Python and/or Bash
- 3 years operating and monitoring Cloudera platforms in production
Nice to have
- 1 year experience in controlled deployments and version updates
- Knowledge of rollback procedures and production environment support
- Experience with Stratio data platforms in containerized environments
