This role seeks a solutions-minded consultant to bridge technology and business strategy. You will design and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions while aligning technical execution with business objectives.
What you'll do
- Design architecture and configure enterprise customer engagement solutions
- Define solution vision ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to establish governance frameworks
- Deliver innovative omnichannel experiences for clients
- Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years in enterprise MarTech or CX solutions
- 2+ years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
- Deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEP
- Experience with architecture workshops and requirements gathering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have
- Adobe certification in AJO or AEP
- Experience defining customer data and integration architectures
- Background in solution blueprinting and governance
- Executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading discovery workshops
