What you'll do
- Explore agent technology advances to solve user problems
- Translate model capabilities into reliable workflows
- Build Python agent systems with orchestration and error recovery
- Design integrations with email, calendars, CRMs, and browsers
- Own capabilities across Python services, APIs, and React interfaces
- Create platform abstractions for easier composition and maintenance
- Improve latency, cost, reliability, and safety of agent execution
- Use evaluations and traces to fix quality issues
- Set technical direction for ambiguous problems
What you'll need
- At least 5 years building production software systems end to end
- Strong Python skills with Django, APIs, React, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with agent systems and orchestration
- Experience building external API and business software integrations
- Ability to turn user needs into clear product capabilities
- Experience debugging across prompts, code, and databases
- Degree from a strong engineering program preferred
- Startup experience or demonstrated career progression
Nice to have
- Background in LLMs, model evaluation, or prompt engineering
- Experience optimizing distributed systems for latency and cost
