You will lead the design and deployment of Agentforce agents and AI-enhanced tools within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ecosystem. Your work will automate advisor workflows and client service activities, directly shaping the future of the advisor platform through intelligent automation.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy Agentforce agents to automate advisor and operational workflows
- Optimize agent topics and actions using advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Integrate agents with MuleSoft APIs and external financial planning platforms
- Implement Salesforce Einstein features like Copilot and Predictive AI
- Test agent behavior to mitigate hallucination risks and ensure compliance
- Monitor performance and refine workflows based on user feedback and data
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce or similar conversational AI tools
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior in enterprises
- Ability to design solutions within Salesforce security models and sharing rules
- Skill in translating complex workflows into structured agent action sequences
Nice to have
- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce FSC data model and relationship management
- Experience with MuleSoft integration patterns for external data
- Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
- Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and compliance protocols
