What you'll do
- Execute and manage audit planning, execution, and documentation
- Validate AI-generated workpapers and identify output errors
- Develop quality review frameworks for AI-assisted audits
- Translate audit experience into product feedback for engineers
- Ensure compliance with GAAS, PCAOB, and IAASB standards
- Manage client relationships and audit deliverables
- Build internal knowledge bases and best practices
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of audit experience with strong methodology foundation
- Active CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification
- Deep familiarity with workpaper documentation and standards
- Comfortable executing audit work and evaluating systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology and iterative workflows
- Excellent written communication abilities
Nice to have
- Prior experience using AI tools for audit or analysis
- Experience designing processes adopted by others
- Background in startup or unstructured environments
- Clear views on inefficiencies in traditional audit practices
- Experience outside traditional audit environments
