Join a global healthcare professional community to embed with Finance and Revenue Operations teams. You will lead the discovery and implementation of AI-powered agents and automations to streamline core financial workflows like month-end close and procure-to-pay.
What you'll do
- Map finance processes and prioritize automation opportunities by impact
- Build AI agents and workflows for month-end close and reconciliations
- Automate invoice capture, validation, and three-way matching
- Develop cash application and collections monitoring workflows
- Integrate ERP systems, planning tools, and data warehouses via APIs
- Design approval workflows with audit trails and role-based access
- Measure automation results against finance KPIs like DSO and close time
What you'll need
- 5+ years software engineering experience with 2+ in AI workflows
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
- Strong Python and SQL skills plus one typed programming language
- Understanding of double-entry accounting and month-end close
- Experience integrating APIs, ERPs, and data warehouses
- Ability to translate ambiguous business processes into technical solutions
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar cloud ERPs
- Knowledge of document AI, OCR, and invoice extraction
- Familiarity with fuzzy matching and anomaly detection
- Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
- Understanding of GDPR and secure financial data handling
