What you'll do
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Ops to identify high-ROI automation opportunities
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows using orchestration stacks like n8n
- Connect various endpoints via APIs to build a universal memory for the company
- Build modular and reusable solutions to avoid reinventing the wheel for each request
- Establish AI guardrails and enable non-technical champions to use automations
- Define and track success metrics such as ROI, time saved, and reliability
What you'll need
- Proficient in Python, n8n, and API architecture
- Hands-on experience with RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data sources
- Preference for building reasoning chains over training custom models
- Ability to view the company as interconnected data flows and build scalable systems
- Experience driving organizational change and explaining tech to non-technical stakeholders
- Pragmatic mindset focused on shipping working automations quickly rather than perfection
