You will lead the discovery process for high-impact AI use cases, facilitating workshops and developing business cases with clear ROI models. The role involves mapping business processes, defining technical requirements, and creating functional prototypes using no-code tools.
Responsibilities also include implementing AI governance standards compliant with regulations like the EU AI Act and leveraging financial ontologies such as FIBO to improve data structure and model accuracy.
What you'll do
- Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Develop business cases with ROI models and success metrics
- Document current workflows and design improved processes
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Build functional prototypes using no-code or low-code tools
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and AI governance standards
- Apply financial ontologies like FIBO to structure data
- Manage stakeholder expectations and lead business review sessions
What you'll need
- 3-5+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting
- Practical implementation experience with LLMs and generative AI
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code platforms
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
- Knowledge of financial ontologies and graph databases
- Success moving AI projects from proof-of-concept to production
- Background in financial services and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
