Join the AI Deployment team at Gorgias to deliver white-glove onboarding experiences for new customers. You will guide merchants through the setup and optimization of the Helpdesk and AI Agent, ensuring they achieve value quickly. This role combines technical configuration with strategic consulting to drive adoption and retention.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding from sales handover to activation
- Configure and customize Helpdesk and AI Agent for clients
- Conduct implementation sessions to drive product adoption
- Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams
- Run tailored demos and configure sandbox environments pre-sales
- Own proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise prospects
- Analyze customer data to optimize support strategies
- Document interactions to improve onboarding processes
What you'll need
- 2-3+ years in SaaS implementation or customer success
- Experience managing project timelines and strategic recommendations
- Ability to manage up to 30 accounts concurrently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable running discovery calls and product demos
- Interest in AI, automation, and customer support technology
- Self-starter with high adaptability to process changes
