Join the team building the Super Intelligence stack, including Colossus supercomputers and Grok models. As an AI Deployment Manager, you will own the post-sale journey for enterprise customers, ensuring successful rollouts of Grok, Grok Build, and other AI applications.
You will partner with developers, administrators, and executives to shape rollout strategies and influence product roadmaps. Success is defined by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue growth within your portfolio.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of top enterprise customers to ensure long-term success
- Engage C-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide organizational change
- Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts including onboarding and enablement
- Transform high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows
- Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence internal product priorities
What you'll need
- Experience working at the intersection of business and technology
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans and outcomes
- Understanding of modern engineering orgs, SDLC, and tool adoption
- Strong communication skills with developers and senior executives
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for prioritization
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency
