Join the Scale team at SpaceXAI as a founding member responsible for defining how the company partners with thousands of customers. You will manage a mix of named accounts and shared pools, focusing on driving value from the vertically integrated AI stack that includes models, products, and compute infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own retention and consumption for approximately 100 named high-potential accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Cover a shared pool of accounts based on usage risks or growth opportunities
- Build repeatable programs such as workshops, office hours, and onboarding campaigns
- Lead discussions with engineers and executives on integrating AI into workflows
- Utilize account health data and AI agents to prioritize time and efforts
- Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap
What you'll need
- Experience building scaled or digital customer motions from the ground up
- Proven track record managing large post-sales account books with measurable impact
- Background in SaaS, developer tools, AI, or closely related industries
- Technical credibility with engineering teams and comfort with business executives
- Ability to balance deep dives on single accounts with broad scalable solutions
- Experience creating playbooks or tools adopted by wider teams
- Daily personal use of AI tools in professional workflow
