Join SpaceXSI as the first AI Deployment Manager, working directly with strategic enterprise clients to implement and scale the Cursor AI coding assistant. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and internal product development, ensuring successful rollout and measurable business value for engineering teams.
This highly cross-functional role requires deep understanding of software development workflows and executive-level communication skills. You will guide customers through best practices for AI integration while influencing the product roadmap based on real-world usage and feedback.
What you'll do
- Cultivate relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts
- Collaborate with Field Engineering and Sales to ensure smooth post-sale experiences
- Drive Cursor adoption by aligning tool usage with business and engineering objectives
- Advise customers on rollout strategies, prompt engineering, and context configuration
- Represent customer interests internally to shape product roadmap priorities
- Conduct strategic account planning and business reviews with VP and CTO stakeholders
- Monitor account health and engagement metrics to secure renewals and expansion
What you'll need
- Strong communication skills and executive presence for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering structures
- Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity concepts
