As the first hire in this function, you will design the foundation for AI adoption at Replicant. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and G&A teams to identify needs, then build secure integrations and agent systems that streamline their work. The goal is to transform individual wins into scalable, shared resources for the entire company.
What you'll do
- Create standardized paths for AI tool usage to ensure safety and speed
- Convert successful workflows into reusable templates and agent specs
- Partner with People team to drive AI literacy and train internal champions
- Build custom solutions alongside functional teams to bridge technology gaps
- Manage MCP integrations, shared agents, and identity management systems
- Monitor AI costs and optimize spending through prompt caching and routing
What you'll need
- 5+ years experience as Systems, Solutions, or IT Engineer in SaaS
- Proven track record deploying and optimizing AI tools at company scale
- Consultative approach to diagnosing problems before writing code
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or shell scripting for integrations
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-tech staff
- Ability to build scalable systems rather than becoming a bottleneck
