This position sits within People & Culture, aiming to transform how work gets done through AI capability building. You will lead the AI Superteam, a network of champions across departments, to scale high-impact use cases. The role requires translating technical possibilities into practical workflow changes for the entire organization.
What you'll do
- Develop company-wide strategy for AI capability and adoption
- Build and lead a cross-functional AI Superteam of experts
- Design role-based AI learning experiences and resources
- Drive adoption of AI tools and new ways of working
- Define and track measures of AI adoption and impact
- Partner with leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities
- Create mechanisms for knowledge-sharing across functions
What you'll need
- 4+ years in L&D, organizational development, or change management
- Experience designing and scaling organizational learning programs
- Strong practical understanding of generative AI tools
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve knowledge work
- Ability to distinguish valuable business applications from experiments
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and distributed teams
- Must be a Canadian citizen or eligible to work in Canada
- Willing to undergo a criminal records check
Nice to have
- Experience building communities of practice or champion networks
- Background in transformation or enablement roles
