As an AI Engagement Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping to expansion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, coordinating with Applied AI Architects to deliver measurable outcomes using Claude Code and the Claude Developer Platform.
This founding team role requires building delivery frameworks and methodologies while managing concurrent projects. You will translate customer needs into structured plans, ensuring high-quality execution and sustained product adoption.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements from scoping to closure
- Translate ambiguous customer inputs into structured engagement plans for architects
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder communication for multiple projects
