You will design and deploy AI-driven tools that allow decision-makers to visualize strategy outcomes without deep data science expertise. Your work directly impacts the company's ability to serve organizations in public health, life sciences, and enterprise strategy by clarifying complex variables.
The team builds high-resolution population data platforms and modeling infrastructure. You will own the software lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring AI-generated models are validated quickly and deliver actionable results.
What you'll do
- Write clean, testable code for AI-generated agent-based models
- Own software lifecycle from requirements to maintenance
- Design scalable architecture for model validation and delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams on engineering solutions
- Enable faster model building for data scientists
What you'll need
- 3+ years developing AI/ML apps in production
- Advanced Python skills for scalable code
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or AI-driven systems
- Strong proficiency in Pydantic for data validation
- Expertise in prompt optimization and LLM evaluation
- Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and FastAPI
- Legal right to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Background in MLOps practices
