Join a team driving differentiated experiences in the international restaurant and hospitality sector. As a hands-on builder, you will turn emerging technologies, including AI, into real business impact by designing and shipping product features from prototype to production.
What you'll do
- Design and build new technology directly into product experiences for the hospitality business
- Implement AI-powered features where they provide the right solution for the job
- Take projects from early prototype through validation to real production use
- Navigate increasing complexity and ambiguity as problems become less defined
- Advise and persuade cross-functional audiences unfamiliar with technical subjects
What you'll need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
- Deep working knowledge of at least one major hyperscaler like GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Ability to operate across legacy and modern systems simultaneously
- Strong judgment on where to invest effort for the fastest path to value
- Track record of shipping in fast-moving environments with ambiguous problems
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
Nice to have
- Exposure to LLMs, APIs, agents, or RAG
- Startup experience or strong startup mindset within a larger organization
- Prior domain experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations
- Genuine curiosity about applying new technology to the industry
