  • Define standards, stack, and practices for the upcoming full-time AI team

What you'll need

  • Current experience building with LLMs and agents in production environments
  • Proven track record of shipping and owning real systems with reliability focus
  • Currently leading or mentoring engineers in a strong technical environment
  • Desire for frontier work and ownership without quitting current full-time job

  • 10–15 hours per week commitment over a 12-week period
  • Remote work available anywhere in the Philippines
  • Flexible schedule with some overlap required for US team collaboration
  • Program starts in early July 2026 with rolling application reviews

  • Opportunity to work with self-funded, stable, mission-driven companies
  • Join a selective founding cohort with high employee retention culture

Hiring process

  • Short application process with fast turnaround times
  • Conversation with founders followed by real-world build discussion
  • No take-home assignments or complex technical gauntlets required
