A leading AI consultancy is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help a major financial client in Madrid bring their AI capabilities into production. You will work hands-on across engineering, data science, and business teams to integrate LLM evaluation and quality tooling into existing workflows.
What you'll do
- Sits directly with the client to support AI delivery
- Takes AI capabilities into production environments
- Integrates LLM evaluation and quality tooling
- Works across engineering, data science, and business teams
- Evaluates existing AI systems in detail
What you'll need
- Strong background in software or ML engineering
- Recent experience building LLM systems in production
- Experience evaluating LLM systems in production
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Ideally speaks Spanish
- Experience with RAG, agents, or tool use
- Knowledge of LLM observability or tracing
- Financial Services industry experience
