As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate on various AI systems. Projects range from computer vision and image manipulation to automated video generation and agentic data analysis. You will manage the full pipeline, from researching AI models to deploying scalable web applications.
The company develops internal AI-driven systems to automate creative and analytical workflows, which are later scaled into B2B SaaS products. This role requires turning ideas into functional prototypes quickly using modern AI-assisted development tools.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI systems for computer vision and video generation
- Develop automated workflows for data analysis and creative tasks
- Research and select optimal AI models for specific use cases
- Deploy scalable web applications using Next.js and Python
- Orchestrate multiple AI models into autonomous agentic workflows
- Build lean MVPs and test them in real-world e-commerce operations
What you'll need
- Power user of AI-assisted coding tools like GPT Codex or Claude
- Experience with LLMs, diffusion models, and computer vision
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and Next.js
- Ability to master new AI frameworks or APIs quickly
- Skilled at connecting diverse APIs for automated systems
- Focus on ROI and rapid prototyping over perfect code
Nice to have
- Experience with ComfyUI, Diffusers, IP-Adapters, or ControlNet
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
- Knowledge of serverless GPU providers such as Replicate or RunPod
