Join the team launching a new AI for Project Engineering training program. As a Coach, you serve as the primary contact for learners, helping them navigate AI-assisted software development, architectures, and system integration. You support participants during sandbox exercises, hackathons, and client projects, escalating complex issues to senior staff while providing feedback to improve the curriculum.
What you'll do
- Answer daily learner questions on AI coding and architectures
- Support participants in sandbox exercises and hackathons
- Conduct coaching sessions on debugging and code reviews
- Provide feedback on learning bottlenecks to senior coaches
- Assist with onboarding new team members
What you'll need
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Practical use of AI coding copilot tools in projects
- Knowledge of testing, debugging, CI/CD, and Docker basics
- Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
- Strong communication skills and empathy for learners
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG, or agent architectures
- Experience in mentoring or teaching junior developers
- Basic awareness of AI governance and EU AI Act
- Experience with cloud deployment processes
