Join vCluster Labs as an AI Infrastructure Specialist, working directly with neoclouds and AI factories during critical pre-sales and proof-of-value stages. You will guide customers from bare metal GPU setup to production-ready managed Kubernetes, ensuring they can operate independently. Your work will define the technical playbook for future engagements and scale the company's motion.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end technical deployments for GPU neocloud customers
- Configure and troubleshoot bare metal GPU nodes and RDMA
- Validate Kubernetes and vCluster environments for production
- Transfer knowledge to customer teams for self-sufficiency
- Document reusable playbooks and deployment architectures
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product on infrastructure challenges
- Support Sales in pre-sales technical proofs of value
What you'll need
- 5+ years deploying and operating Kubernetes in production
- Experience with bare metal or high-complexity environments
- Practical knowledge of NVIDIA GPU Operators and CUDA
- Deep understanding of CNI plugins and overlay networks
- Experience with persistent volumes and distributed storage
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
- Preference for modern tech stacks over legacy systems
Nice to have
- Automation skills with Bash, Python, or Go
- CKA certification or experience writing Kubernetes Operators
- Familiarity with inference serving and LLM deployment
- Experience building documentation for shared knowledge bases
