What you'll do
- Evaluate and select AI models based on business needs
- Design evaluation frameworks for AI performance monitoring
- Configure observability platforms for production systems
- Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune models
- Develop AI-powered features using Python
- Test and validate model performance in real-world scenarios
- Identify innovation opportunities within current products
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 4 years of software development experience
- Experience building successful production web applications
- Strong knowledge of AI models and agent SDKs
- Familiarity with fine-tuning existing AI models
- Solid engineering fundamentals with back-end technologies
- Ability to design secure and accurate data models
