Join OBRIO as an AI Lead to drive business growth through scalable AI solutions. You will work directly with the CTO to shape technical strategy and manage a team of experts, impacting users in over 60 countries.
What you'll do
- Drive AI initiatives from idea to production release across content, marketing, and support departments.
- Build a scalable AI strategy that delivers measurable business results.
- Form and manage a high-performing AI team to ensure sustainable product growth.
- Define and prioritize the AI roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop reusable and interpretable models that create value for the business.
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI within team processes.
- Make technical decisions aligned with the company's strategic goals.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML with a focus on production deployment.
- 1+ year of experience in a Lead position or mentoring role.
- Proven track record of launching products using generative models and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong analytical skills and proactivity in achieving complex goals.
- Interest in building new AI expertise and influencing product at a global level.
