Join the Tech team at OBRIO to develop foundational AI infrastructure that drives business efficiency. You will work directly with the CTO to transform business requirements into scalable LLM systems, including RAG and vector search implementations, impacting a product used by millions worldwide.
What you'll do
- Build internal AI solutions from scratch, covering architecture to production
- Translate business needs into effective LLM architectures like RAG and embeddings
- Establish scalable AI infrastructure to support business growth
- Automate routine tasks to reduce team workload and increase efficiency
- Create long-term value through AI systems that enhance decision-making speed
What you'll need
- At least one year of experience in developing and integrating AI or LLM solutions
- Practical experience with RAG, embedding processes, or vector databases
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context management
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, PydanticAI, or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of automation platforms like N8N or Diffy
- Familiarity with classical ML algorithms including regression and clustering
- Understanding of MLOps basics, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
- Ability to read technical documentation, work with APIs, and analyze logs
