You will own the end-to-end AI/ML loop, taking models from prototype to live service endpoints. Working with the VP of AI and Data, you will build deployment pipelines, ensure high availability, and automate monitoring across all systems. The team focuses on bringing national security-grade threat detection to commercial customers.
What you'll do
- Own the AI/ML lifecycle from model training through deployment and monitoring
- Stand up deployment pipelines for trained scripts to accept live requests
- Implement containerized infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Automate standardized pipelines for training, feature engineering, and inference
- Define test strategies for model validation, integration, and load testing
- Build visibility and alerting into every deployed pipeline for high availability
- Develop utilities for ML governance and administration of deployed infrastructure
- Collaborate with Engineering, SOC, and Adversary Pursuit Group teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on ML Engineering experience in production environments
- Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure on AWS
- Proficiency in model development and deployment using SageMaker or Bedrock
- Knowledge of inference streams and event-driven processing with Kafka or Spark
- Expertise in MLOps workflows such as MLFlow and Sagemaker Pipelines
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Experience with containerized services like Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS/EKS
- Proficient in scripting with Python and Bash, plus SQL query languages
Nice to have
- Experience with Transformer Neural Networks
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Knowledge of Anthropic, OpenAI, or LiteLLM APIs and SDKs
- Background in Cybersecurity, IoT, or NLP fields
- Experience with observability tooling like Grafana or CloudWatch
