The team operates in small units where you own specific initiatives, such as vertical agents that handle real business tasks. You will define architecture, build systems, and integrate agents into existing workflows like Slack or document editing tools.
What you'll do
- Own initiatives from problem framing to production deployment without predefined specs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope workflows and embed agents in daily tools
- Design failure modes and human-in-the-loop approval processes for agent actions
