Join Eneba, a digital marketplace with over 20 million active users, as they scale their next phase of growth. You will work in a cross-functional pod responsible for key surfaces such as discovery, checkout, trust, and growth loops. The team tackles complex two-sided marketplace dynamics, offering autonomy to solve hard design problems quickly.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features
- Use AI to compress research and synthesis cycles into hours
- Produce engineer-ready specs using AI-assisted documentation
- Redesign core journeys including checkout, payments, and trust
- Design experiments focused on conversion, retention, and GMV
- Partner with PMs and engineers in high-autonomy pods
- Elevate design quality standards across the organization
What you'll need
- Active fluency in using AI for research and prototyping
- Senior experience designing complex digital products
- Background in marketplace or e-commerce strongly preferred
- Comfort with near-code tooling like Cursor or Claude Code
- Strong systems thinking for multi-sided marketplace problems
- Proven ability to design for measurable business outcomes
- High ownership with ability to drive problems to shipment
- Strong product and commercial judgment skills
