Join a mission-driven team supporting nonprofits and trade associations through innovative software and marketing. You will own website creation, theme customization, and maintenance across a portfolio of client sites, prioritizing AI-native tools and performance.
What you'll do
- Build new websites using AI builders, WordPress, or Webflow from mockups or guidelines
- Customize themes, templates, and layouts to align with brand design direction
- Manage ongoing maintenance including updates, security, backups, and bug fixes
- Write clean HTML, CSS, and JS to modify live components and troubleshoot issues
- Optimize sites for technical SEO, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement event tracking and data layers using Google Tag Manager
- Join client calls to present work and explain technical considerations
- Collaborate with designers and account managers to meet client goals
What you'll need
- Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
- 3+ years of experience in website development and design
- Deep expertise in either WordPress or Webflow
- Experience using AI-first website builders like Framer or Lovable
- Strong proficiency with visual editors such as Elementor or Divi
- Solid HTML/CSS skills for customization and troubleshooting
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Web Development, Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Understanding of technical SEO and site performance best practices
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and DOM manipulation
Nice to have
- JavaScript familiarity for advanced customization
- Comfort with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva
- Experience implementing A/B tests
- Knowledge of testing platforms like Statsig or VWO
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

How you'll work
- Fully remote work-from-home setup
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
- Split shift aligned with US Eastern business hours
- Morning block: 9:30am–2:00pm PHT
- Afternoon block: 8:00pm–12:30am PHT
- Schedule shifts by one hour during daylight saving changes
