Join the Enterprise Transformation team at Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to own the internal AI platform. You will bridge the gap between emerging AI protocols and safe organizational use by building governed integration gateways and internal tooling. The role requires balancing rapid capability expansion with strict regulatory and security controls.
What you'll do
- Design the technical layer of the AI platform from integration to production runbooks
- Own the governed integration gateway including connector onboarding and auth flows
- Build internal tooling such as agent scaffolding and evaluation harnesses
- Configure tiered spend controls and manage vendor reconciliation processes
- Implement technical controls for data handling, retention, and model eligibility
- Administer the enterprise AI estate including model turn-ups and deprecations
- Provide technical enablement through deep dives and office hours for teams
What you'll need
- Experience administering Enterprise SaaS at 1,000+ seats, ideally AI platforms
- Proficiency in Python or similar language with CI, containers, and secrets management
- Ability to build and ship working software beyond simple vendor configuration
- Experience integrating LLM and SaaS APIs with agent and tool use patterns
- Working knowledge of identity access including Okta, OAuth, SCIM, and SSO
- Strong operational discipline with intake queues, SLAs, and documentation habits
- Clear written communication skills for technical docs and policy pages
Nice to have
- Experience standing up internal developer or AI platforms with guardrails
- Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practices
- Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms
- Depth in Atlassian administration for Jira, Confluence, or JSM
- Familiarity with regulated industry audit work in financial services
