You will join Formula's internal team to solve complex Marketing and Growth challenges through custom-built products. The work spans from initial problem discovery to production deployment, focusing on automating campaign operations and optimizing user acquisition funnels.
This position demands a blend of product management and technical execution. You will leverage AI-assisted coding to rapidly prototype and ship solutions that directly impact ad performance and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve marketing bottlenecks before they hinder growth
- Define MVPs and success metrics prior to any code implementation
- Automate operations to scale testing and creative production capacity
- Build end-to-end pipelines replacing manual hand-offs with automation
- Own post-launch adoption, reliability, and iteration based on usage
What you'll need
- Proven experience in performance marketing or MarTech SaaS products
- Hands-on work with ad platforms and their respective APIs
- Five or more years in product management or engineering roles
- Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor for shipping
- Ability to manage full product cycles from discovery to measurement
Nice to have
- Background in mobile app publishing with high-volume user acquisition
- Familiarity with Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API
- Experience building LLM pipelines for data classification or tagging
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python for deployment
