Join the Product team at Gainsight as an AI Product Manager focused on Atlas, the company's AI-native service. You will embed with customer teams to manage end-to-end deployments, from technical setup to business case validation and renewals.
This position requires bridging the gap between engineering, support, and customer leadership. You will translate field realities into product improvements while ensuring successful outcomes for key accounts.
What you'll do
- Own customer engagement from discovery through full scope delivery
- Define implementation requirements based on real customer data
- Resolve blockers across support, engineering, and customer IT
- Lead technical setup of Atlas agents including data mapping and SSO
- Construct ROI models and present value narratives to leadership
- Run go/no-go reviews for new deployment opportunities
- Lead renewal reviews and design agentic renewal workflows
- Feed field insights back to core product and engineering teams
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of product management experience with complex software
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience with AI services, distributed systems, and LLMs
- Technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, and authentication
- Comfort with SQL or spreadsheets for ROI modeling
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity
- Experience owning outcomes across cross-functional teams
