Gradient Network is developing a peer-powered infrastructure where intelligence is hosted and owned by users. As an AI Researcher, you will address core scientific challenges such as distributed inference and privacy-preserving intelligence.
You will work alongside engineers to translate theoretical insights into practical designs, helping to shape the trajectory of next-generation AI infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Conduct original research on learning and distributed inference
- Design incentive mechanisms for community-driven AI networks
- Prototype experimental systems and document findings
- Translate theoretical insights into practical engineering designs
- Engage with the global research community in AI and cryptography
What you'll need
- Background in computer science, ML, or applied mathematics
- Experience in distributed ML or secure computation
- Knowledge of federated learning or incentive systems
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
- Skill in communicating complex ideas effectively
Nice to have
- Experience with zero-knowledge proof systems
- Familiarity with protocols and system-level AI optimization
