Join Molecule and BIO.xyz to establish the infrastructure for Decentralized Science. You will architect and deploy fleets of scientific agents that handle literature mining, target identification, and molecular design. This position requires shipping production-ready autonomous systems against real disease areas from day one.
What you'll do
- Architect and deploy fleets of scientific agents for research tasks
- Pilot agent fleets against specific disease areas to produce deliverables
- Run multiple agent fleets in parallel across different disease areas
- Own the full stack including agent design, orchestration, and evaluation
- Define standards for autonomous science processes within the company
What you'll need
- Deep technical expertise in LLMs and agent frameworks
- Knowledge in chemistry, biology, pharma, or genomics
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
- Willingness to live on-site for the first four weeks
- Degree from top-tier institution or proven building track record
