The team focuses on redefining storytelling through AI-native products, reaching over 100 million users globally. Your work will directly impact user engagement across European and American markets.
What you'll do
- Generate original series concepts aligned with creative strategy
- Develop plots, dramatic arcs, and characters for vertical formats
- Write episode scripts considering AI production constraints
- Incorporate feedback from producers and team leads
- Refine scripts to meet production-ready quality standards
- Analyze market trends and successful projects for inspiration
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of scriptwriting experience in vertical series or social content
- Background in Narrative Design is also considered
- Ability to create loglines, synopses, outlines, and episode breakdowns
- Skill in crafting strong hooks and cliffhangers
- Practical knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
- Experience editing AI-generated text for logic and flow
- Understanding of dramaturgy and serial structure
