Working with senior leadership and product teams, you will integrate solutions using Microsoft Azure, Anthropic, and OpenAI. This role bridges IT operations and AI innovation to deliver scalable, autonomous services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and workflows using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio
- Design orchestration for configuration, onboarding, and data migration tasks
- Develop APIs and scripts to connect LLM agents with enterprise systems via MCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions
- Monitor production workflows, ensuring output quality and responsible AI safeguards
- Stay updated on roadmaps from Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering
- Experience building workflows with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Now Assist
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices
- Experience with multiple LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG integration
Nice to have
- Understanding of healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR
- Exposure to AI agent orchestration or multi-agent systems
- Experience working in SaaS or enterprise environments
