You will work alongside organizations to embed AI into their operations, moving beyond isolated tools to consistent, reliable outcomes. The role involves leading discovery sessions, configuring AI agents within PIPE44, and partnering with clients to measure and improve business value over time.
What you'll do
- Identify opportunities where AI creates measurable business value for clients
- Lead discovery sessions and solution design with business stakeholders
- Design AI operating models aligned with organizational objectives
- Configure AI agents, knowledge structures and governance in PIPE44
- Guide clients through onboarding, implementation and long-term adoption
- Measure AI adoption and solution quality for continuous improvement
- Partner with Embedded AI Engineers for successful delivery
- Provide feedback to shape the evolution of the PIPE44 platform
What you'll need
- 7+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise tech or AI transformation
- Experience working directly with executive teams and department leaders
- Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents and enterprise workflows
- Proven track record designing AI-enabled business solutions in production
- Knowledge of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions
- Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with structured governance and delivery processes
- Business-fluent English in both written and verbal communication
