CertifyOS automates provider licensing and credentialing through an API-first platform. You will lead support automation initiatives by identifying high-impact processes and building AI solutions from concept to production.
The team values ownership and collaboration while solving infrastructure problems that affect millions of patients. You will partner with Product and Engineering to drive AI-led transformation in healthcare operations.
What you'll do
- Identify high-impact support processes suitable for AI automation
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation tools
- Build end-to-end pipelines from data ingestion to production monitoring
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, ticketing, and internal knowledge bases
- Monitor AI quality, accuracy, cost, and latency for continuous improvement
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive AI transformation
What you'll need
- 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or technical operations
- 2+ years hands-on experience building Generative AI/LLM applications
- Proven track record taking AI projects from architecture to production
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep understanding of LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and tool calling
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and system integrations
- Expertise in LLM evaluation, observability, and cost optimization
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, or Gemini models
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex frameworks
- Usage of automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate
- Background with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and Docker
- Integration experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or Freshdesk
