Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language models through detailed evaluation and annotation. You will assess prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content to ensure cultural appropriateness and accuracy.
This position operates on a flexible, task-based schedule ideal for supplemental income. You will work independently to deliver high-quality judgments that improve how AI systems understand and generate Arabic content.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while analyzing multimedia content
- Provide voice recordings when required by specific tasks
- Ensure content aligns with local cultural norms and market expectations
- Identify issues like translation errors or visual artifacts
- Create structured annotations to support model improvement
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Arabic
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail for accurate content categorization
- Comfortable working with text, audio, and video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
- Capacity to deliver quality work on time without supervision
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Background in linguistics or subject matter expertise
How you'll work
- Fully remote position open to candidates in UAE
- Independent contractor status with no fixed hours
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
