Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help improve language models through high-quality data evaluation. You will assess prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content using your native understanding of Assamese culture and norms. This position offers the flexibility to work on diverse projects that shape human-machine communication.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Assamese with strong local cultural knowledge
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for categorizing content accurately
- Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video formats
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with no fixed hours
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
