Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language models through detailed evaluation and annotation. You will assess prompts, correct outputs, and ensure cultural relevance for Bengali (India) contexts.
This flexible position allows you to work on diverse tasks involving text, audio, and video. It is designed as a supplemental income stream rather than a full-time job, offering autonomy over your schedule.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Bengali (India)
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for categorizing content accurately
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Familiarity with evaluation and quality assurance processes
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- No fixed hours or mandatory check-ins
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
