Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the evaluation of prompts, text, and multimedia outputs. You will apply local cultural insights to ensure accuracy and appropriateness in AI models. What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality
- Review and correct text, audio, and video content
- Ensure cultural relevance and appropriate tone
- Identify visual artifacts, translation errors, or style issues
- Provide structured annotations for model improvement
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Croatian
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with textual and multimedia materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
How you'll work
