Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine artificial intelligence systems through human feedback. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content while applying local cultural insights to ensure accuracy and relevance. This position operates on a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your own workload as an independent contractor.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Dutch with strong understanding of Belgian culture
- Strong command of English for communication and guidelines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for accurate content categorization
- Comfortable working with textual, audio, and video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling

- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
