Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the development of advanced language technologies. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, ensure cultural appropriateness, and provide structured annotations to enhance model accuracy. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can apply local insights to diverse content types.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in English (Great Britain)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- Comfortable working with textual, audio, and video content
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- No guaranteed hours or fixed shifts
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
