Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language models through detailed evaluation and annotation. You will assess prompts, correct outputs, and ensure cultural relevance across text and multimedia formats. This position offers the freedom to set your own schedule while contributing to global AI development.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Review and correct text and multimedia content
- Provide voice recordings when required by tasks
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and brand alignment
- Create structured annotations for model improvement
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Estonian
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- Comfortable working with text, audio, and video
- Reliable availability for minimum 10 hours per week
- Experience as an AI reviewer or annotator preferred
How you'll work
- Fully remote work from anywhere
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours weekly
