Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the development of advanced language technologies. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content to ensure AI outputs are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for German-speaking audiences.
This position operates on a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, allowing you to work when it suits you best. It is designed as a supplemental income stream rather than a full-time job, offering the freedom to choose your workload while contributing to meaningful AI projects.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply local cultural insights to tone, symbolism, and market fit
- Participate in calibration and QA processes to align scoring standards
What you'll need
- Native fluency in German
- Strong command of English
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video content
- Reliable availability for minimum 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
