Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help improve language technology through human evaluation. You will assess prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content to ensure cultural appropriateness and accuracy. This position is designed for individuals seeking flexible, project-based work rather than a full-time career.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality
- Review and correct text for accuracy and clarity
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video
- Provide voice recordings when required by tasks
- Ensure content aligns with local cultural norms
- Identify visual artifacts, translation errors, or style issues
- Create structured annotations for model improvement
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Hmong
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and accurate categorization skills
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
- Capacity to deliver quality work on time
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
How you'll work
- Ful ly remote location independence
- Independent contractor status (1099)
